Bhedlindaba Velaphi Victor Mkhize, is a South African philologist, spiritual healer, public speaker and newspaper columnist He is the founder and the President of ^[1]Umsamo African Institute, and also ^[2]South African Healers association.

Early life

Professor VVO Mkhize was born in 1956, at Glebelands in Durban Kwazulu/Natal province. Primary Education He completed primary school education at Glebelands, Encwadini, St Gertrude Mission.

On completion of his primary education in 1970, High School Education He enrolled for High School education at Mpande Secondary School where he obtained his Junior Secondary Certificate. He further enrolled for High school education at Vukuzakhe High and completed Matriculation Certificate in 1972.

Academic Background

In 1977 he registered for Bachelor Arts degree (BA) in ^[3]University of Zululand majoring in Linguistics and social Science and completed it in 1979.
